Jason Hans joined Rouse Hendricks German May PC as Shareholder in 2006. Mr. Hans is a 1997 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law (highest honors) where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Tulsa Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in political science from Missouri State University (cum laude) in 1994. Mr. Hans is a former Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Stevens, Jr., United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. Mr. Hans represents clients in trials, arbitrations and administrative proceedings in Missouri, Kansas and across the United States. Mr. Hans represents both plaintiffs and defendants and both individuals and business alike. Mr. Hans handles selected matters on a contingency fee basis. In 2008, Mr. Hans was selected by Super Lawyers as one of its "Missouri/Kansas Rising Stars". Missouri Lawyers Weekly selected Mr. Hans as "Up and Coming Lawyers" in Missouri.

• Representation of publicly traded company as plaintiff in claims against former executives and in connection with investigation and prosecution of former executives by United States Department of Justice
• Representation of overseas corporation as defendant in Kansas state court in antitrust class action
• Representation of company as plaintiff against computer / information technology design firm for "computer malpractice"
• Representation of individual minority shareholders in claims against majority shareholders of closely held company in parallel proceedings in federal courts in antitrust class action
