Mr. Hans is a 1997 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law (highest honors) where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Tulsa Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree in political science from Missouri State University (cum laude) in 1994. Mr. Hans is a former Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph E. Stevens, Jr., United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
